If a book starts with the word "And", how do you alphabetize it?

I have a list of book titles to alphabetize and I'm not sure of which words to ignore. If the second word is "in" do I ignore it? So many questions...

If you want to arrange by titles, you take the titles as you find them.

May I ask you if all the books are written by the same author? I think I would be confused to find the needed one if i do not remember the exact title of it. So you may  alphabetize  by the authors' names.If you do that not for yourself but as a task, alphabetize  by the very first word. If you do that for your own convenience,  choose the book by the key word
