I have been out of the office for nearly 2 weeks due to illness. My coworkers have had to pick up my workload and I want to do something special for them to show my respect and appreciation. What can I do that is unique and personal? Any good ideas?
Food with a nice card set in a common area is always appreciated. Also step up and organize next time someone else needs help, eg pay it forward. These actions express much more gratitude than you could ever 'do' for a specific time.
