I'd like to put my horse up to lease as a race horse as I heard you can do that, but I'm unaware of?

...  the conditions required, is there a certain breed you horse needs to be or a certain height or even a certain speed ?

This is really broad. Generally racehorses are thoroughbreds, quarter horses, and then there are gaited breeds as well... What kind of horse do you have and how old is it? Has it raced before? What gender? And why do you want to lease it as a racehorse?

Generally with racehorses, not all the time, but mostly, people prefer to buy not lease. 

I have an OTTB, so I've been in and out of the TB race world for quite some time.
