Iam student and the our teacher just look at me and idont know why he always shout?

Believe it or not, I had the same problem. I'm usually a very quiet person, and I had a similar experience last year with a certain teacher who would taunt me in front of my classmates for anything, literally ANYTHING. I concluded this kind of people like to ridicule the more quiet ones in order to feel grandeur. A matter of power: he wont confront the loud ones, because he thinks he doesn't have the power to overcome them, while you been a quiet one, he knows he can.

He's an authority nevertheless, you can't do much. If you think it's overwhelming, talk to the principal or dean, or whoever is in charge. Tons of luck!
