I would like to make my own graphic designs and put them on clothing. Does anyone know a good program that I can make designs on? I specifically would like a program that I can crop out pictures and add some designs around it. Not a program that is a lot of money but is still a decent one. Also does anyone recommend of how I should put the design on the piece of clothing?
