their is nothing like AFTERNOON SICKNESS, it is morning sickness and be strong it could be overcome by following a few steps, have rest as much as you can, try to have smaller portions instead of eating full, and if you supplement an herbal tea "no to morning sickness tea" would make your pregnancy period much easier.
