Recently I realized how weak I am exactly. I started working out with the wish to become very strong in a matter of 2 months. I'm working out until my hands hurt so much that I can barely lift myself, and they hurt me at all times. Is it safe to work out this much?

well i can say that what your doing as far as your limit goes must not be hurting you doesn't sound like you are having any medical issues doing so just don't go till you can't do no more so to speak i would just do what you can till your body catches up with its self to the fact that your not overly tired set a goal for your self and stay at the goal till you think you can go a little further
Focus on your goal do it but stay healthy if you are not then their will be problem like so much stress and tiredness in your goal so stay focus be healthy eat healthy and do exercise so all the best
And you asked is it safe I think everything is safe in it limit and beyond limit everything is unsafe
