... holder at the same company that am working at , we were all perfectly fine for the past two years and made a huge and unexpected sales volume , until that day when my manager got a new Financial and admin manager , he started underestimating me and my job , for example he needs to approve every sales deal that i do , and interfaces at every step that i make , he started talking bad about my behavior and how disrespectful i am , while i never showed a sign of disrespect by any how , yesterday me and my direct manager had a fight and he called me for a meeting with the financial and admin manager saying that he will give me a warning for not respecting him , i got to a point that i was fed up so I resigned , after a while my father called me asking about what was wrong after my manager called him . I have a strong personality and a great self esteem and i know my worth very well , but it does effect my when they underestimate me this way , they refused my resignation and I really dont know what to do
