I wore a push up bra for s year and my boobs aren't frieing at all really? Did I damage them?

you can get push up bra with out the wires it can be really painful to use wired push up bra not feeling to great all it does is push them up to show you have something there so the better way to look at it is better with out the wires and you haven't damaged them so don't worry about it you can also try a sports bra
