I won big in a casino. Should I sign the publicity release form?

I actually won a state lottery jackpot off of a free ticket I received as a casino promotion.  The casino host has invited me and my wife to have a steak dinner on the house,  The host also would like to use our image and "story" in their promotions.  

Should I sign the release?  Hold out for more than a steak dinner?  What pitfalls should I look for?

If you do you will get investment offers from every crackpot in the country. My BIL bought a new Lincoln and suddenly he was the most popular guy in town, at least among entrepreneurs. And a Lincoln is not even a very big purchase.

I guess if depends if you want the publicity. I mean, a big win sounds awesome but you might want to share that news with your whole state. Some people would for sure. I say celebrate how you want!

The publicity form will open up doors to other opportunities, investments, people and PR stories. 

It's up to you to navigate through the tide that will come your way and decide what's the right move, what isn't and what you're looking to do with the money.

Me personally? I'd say no, take some time off from work and enjoy the money. The only people that need to know are family. Anything else is showing off!
