I won a lottery but it expired before it reached my house?

I was supposed to win a Honda Accord from my local dealership.
However, the offer expired 9/30/2014.
I got the paper at 10/3/14.

What do I do? Ask for compensation or just forget about it? I really need a car.'

Its one of those lotteries where you get a paper and have to scratch off a code and see if you win.

write or call the company that was giving away the honda accord tell them what happened and how you can get it redone if you won the car they should be the place that origanally draw your name and the company that was doing the contest they are the ones that need to hear from you
