I would like a diet and excersise plan. And maybe answer these questions for me. Does drinking tons of water really help in weight loss? How about more protein and no carbo at all? Are salads healthy? How about nuts? Do calories have a huge impact? Excersise? ( My ideal weight is 60kg, hope to achieve in 2 months plus )

You can eat very little of nothing reducing your calorie intake to 1000
or you can keep eating normally but just protein only (see dukan diet or atkins diet)
or you can eat very very little such as 500 calories - this will definitely help you lose weight the fastest - needs mental strength though (I recently lost 16 kg in 7 weeks by this method)
Drink lots of water... calories are what you need to count so very important
exercise helps a great deal too especially if youre dieting where it will speed up the weight loss
