it depends on the guide lines your school has you can ask your dr to see about doing it but you will have to have a good reason for it what about your parents could they help you with getting it your parents would have to agree with it what about a mental health therapist they might to be able to do the same if they think its in your best interest that would be where to start
There are several aspects to this problem. One is what is causing your anxiety at school? Is it because classmates are causing you problems, you are finding too much is expected of you, or what? Without an answer to that question, what follows can only be general.
If you are only getting meds to help cope with your anxiety, that is not going to solve the basic problem, you need therapy as well. If you are not having it, then you should ask for it. For me, the issue is that you cannot solve your problems by trying to escape them, which is what you are trying to do now.
The stress you experience is lkely to increase when you start work, so it needs dealing with and not just treating. You should also find it helpful to look into stress relief tehcniques, such as meditation, sophrology, and such, choosing those that you feel would suit you.
My mom was the one to bring up the idea of asking my doctor. Thanks for answering.
