It went to a blue screen and said blocked by country of origin am a American. Who was interested in reading about this need technology. It's apparently something used to crack wifi from a android phone.Does anyone know why I'd be blocked from even reading about it. It's been bugging me ever since.

There are many websites that can only be viewed or used in the country of origin such as BBC iplayer, Hulu, etc. Of course if you are an American you may not be aware of this but it is a fact of life for almost everyone else (thank goodness for proxy dodgers). If it's a software issue I can't help you as it would have to be software you have not legally obtained, that is you would not be able to buy software you couldn't use in your own country.
