so I decided to see if anyone asked about this already and someone did, but mine is somewhat different. This is what they asked, "Is there any way to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen in car exhaust engines without using plants?
I'm doing a little research on the car exhaust engine...
I know there's already a catalytic converter in the car exhaust system which converts carbon monoxide into carbon dioxide, but how do we convert that into oxygen artificially?"
My question is, why we can't use the electric engines in cars to produce the energy to do this conversion, we know that electric engines can produce a lot of power and some of the energy required for the engine can be regained due to braking while we use cars, so can we use the batteries they use in electric cars for this, and can we use them electric engines in the first place to do this.
Thank you for taking the time to reply, I will work on this.
