I was suposed to take 3 pinamox 500mg I took 4 will I die plz help?

I would say probably not, but I am not at all medically authorized to actually have an opinion on this. I would recommend calling the Poison Control Center and asking them, or if you begin to not feel well, head to an emergency room.
