I didn't know what to do as I am a new driver and I left the scene to think about what to do. I decided writing a note with details is better than a hit and run. I wrote a note and went back to the scene and the car had disappeared. It was not a resident car as I knocked on people's houses and they explained it wasn't their car. What should I do?
