When I was 17-19 I did a bit of glamour modelling but stopped after having a child, on my 21st birthday we all went to a gentlemens club the guy who owned it offered me a job as a dancer, I have a boyfriend who hates the idea and we argue if I bring it up , its been a year since I got thy offer but I'm still tempted plus the money would come in handy, I don't want people I know to think bad of me, but is it really that bad :s I don't know what to do? What do any one els think?

honestly i agree with your boyfriend i think it's good for him to be offended by this idea. another thing is that you don't want people to think badly of you. you should listen to what your feelings and your boyfriend are telling you and not the financial gain. i wouldn't want my girlfriend to be that kind of dancer either.
I'm with this other guy, I also wouldn't want my girlfriend being a dancer at a gentleman's club... I know the idea of making money, especially with the economy as it is, is a very appealing offer; however, there are actually plenty of jobs out there. I am a teenager from apparently one of the "worst unemployment rated states in the US", and I have two jobs that I got without any prior work experience. I would suggest walking into businesses and asking if they are hiring and then ask for an application. If you are a very people-friendly person, they will love having you, no matter where you apply. You might have to fill out more than fifty apps (like me lol), but you will find something! If you are a pretty girl, (i'm assuming since you were offered a job at a club like that haha) You could probably easily be a secretary or something. Happy job hunting!!!!
