Im allowed to get a reduction but was just wondering how common this was and what people think?

It's not abnormally uncommon but it is too common at the same time. This could just be a family trait, like your height and type of hair you get are family traits.
I would suggest thinking about reduction surgery, larger breasts could cause back problems and can make running and jumping exercises intrusive, and it could make shopping difficult (I'm sure you already know that). Getting the look from guys is a pro and a con. Those are most common problems I hear from women who have bigger breasts. The reasons some women like them is because men look at them more often and some women like showing off.
Bottom line, I would suggest getting reduction surgery unless you really don't mind the cons.
