I was in an online relationship for 6 or 5 months I told her I don't love her but will she ever?

Added 3+ months ago:

I was in an online relationship for 6 months
we never met just she showed her picture online ,after some time I told her I don't love her I am back with my ex
will she be okay or did I hurt her too much,
I told her many time I don't love her I just want to be friends
she said It's ok she knows that I don't love her
but she also told me she is gona get engaged next year
I congratulated her then she said she would not talk again
after some time she messaged me again on a social network but I pretended that I don't know her
yesterday I saw her profile and she wrote there that
she knows everything is over between us but still can't forget me !!
I'm worried that I have hurt her too much
will she ever forget about me ?
All I did was to be honest ,told her the truth
but I've got so many crap to deal with and now this
It's driving me nuts
I'm depressed
only talked once on phone she threatend me that if anything happens to her I will be responsible
I was like what ??
what did I do
she told me that she tried to harm her self and asked me why couldn't we be together then I told her I was in a happy relationship
