hi as stated above i chew tobacco every now and then, note i dont go through a can a day, more like a can a week, but recently in the past few days i have been having pain while swallowing, whether it is water,food, or even my own spit, it just seems to hurt. i was curious to know if anyone has had this before. for im 19. so i hope its not and doubt its cancer. but maybe its some kind of infection. for the pain gets worse at times then it goes away, and then comes back

If you are concern about this issues. I am suggest that you might need to see a doctor or call them about what's going on with your throat. I never use tobacco in my entire life. It could cause cancer but I am not a doctor. I am not expert to figure what's problem with your throat. You might have sore throat. If you feel it worse and you will might need go to see a doctor to find out what's going on. Good luck!
