well it was premeditated i would say how many were there?that makes you the victum so you might be able to get some type of relief if its okay and submitted you also might be able to draw benefits for it so you can get medical to have the surgery if needed also being about 365 days depending on the prosecutor who takes the case could be more time added on to the 365 days
