I constantly fidget in class, and i cannot seem to concentrate on what my teacher is lecturing us on. When i read something (lets say a 3 page document) i would be stuck on the first page rereading it 3 times till i fully am able to concentrate on what it is i am reading. My neighbor in class always asks me if im okay or if i need to use the bathroom, because im constantly shaking my leg or tapping my fingers on my desk. One more thing i have done is worked outside to finish a class project for 4 hours(till the sun set was visible) and realized i was staring at the grass and trees for a whole 3 hours straight dozing off about random things.

The first line of defense against depression and anxiety is B vitamins. Get nutritional yeast powder and/or B-100 pills. Vitamin B2 is a water soluble dye that turns urine bright yellow. When the color fades, it's time for another dose. Read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right.
