I am 18 and I've at least wanted snake bites since I was around 12 or 13. I view body piercing as an art. I have been told that snake bites will be around $120 but I am debating between a stud on the side of my nose or either a bar or a ring on my eye brow. I am a girl however I have a very high pain tolerance. I don't think I'm a bleeder but I've only had my ears pierced so I do not know if I can say for certain. Honestly I want to know costs, the amount of care needed, risks (don't care about scars) and if they would even look alright on me; also perhaps some people's reactions from getting these types of piercings (pain).

I would go to a reputable studio and get prices from them as all shops charge different prices.
Go for internal threaded jewelry as it is better.
It will take at least 6 months to heal.
try this site for options for replacement jewelry www.piskiesplayhouse.com as they carry lots with fast delivery
If you have a place called "Betty Switchblade" near you, I'd highly recommend them. I got snakebites done last Tuesday for $20.00 each. They have a special on Tuesdays where it's $20.00 per piercing.
It's fairly cheap, they do amazing work, and are very professional.
