I want to write a programme where I can drag and drop pdfs and it shall show the path of the file?

Can I use Excel with vba to do this ?

The programme shall also save the file in another path, where all the pdfs should be saved.
And it must be possible to open the files.

The big question is:
can I drag &drop files to excel,
for example that in excel a window openes, which I can use to drag&drop my pdf files.
