I'm currently a 2nd year in college and in second semester in a 2yr course, the second semester is all about ojt but i didn't continue it. The next year i came back and when i asked them if i could transfer they said 'No', they also said i have to finish the ojt first. My plan was to transfer to a university and enroll to a 4 year course now, i can't enroll. Is it legal for them to refuse my choice? I'm actually stuck right now. No school days for me until the second sem.
(I also learned that the course that i enrolled was not legally registered, therefore it was illegal! When my classmates graduated there was a problem!)
