I want to study engineering or mathematics. I have a B in English and C in maths, college?

A C in math is not good enough. College teachers are lousy, and they are very harsh on anybody who can't learn the material on their own. You don't demonstrate perfect writing, so you can't look forward to a career with an nglish major. I suggest you go to a community college and study acting, with emphasis on vocal skills such as drama, public speaking, story telling, etc. That will get you a better job and more income than a college degree.
