Hello I have a question I been at my job 2 and a half years and I don't want to work there anymore so my question is if I quit can I collect or not? N my son teacher said I need to spend more time with him because he has autism

Collect what? If you quit then you lose your job, which means no money. This would be stupid. If you need ot spend more time with your son explain the situation to your boss and ask if you can work fewer hours (for less pay obviously) or explore other employment opportunities that would give you more free time.
Well, that sucks.... I guess if I was in your situation I'd be looking for other kinds of work. Any benefits out of work would be way way worse than what I would be earning, plus my earnings give me the money to support my kid but....not the time to spend with him. Yup, sucks..... best you can do is stick with the job and look for an alternative while working, kill two birds at once. Maybe you can reschedule warehouse shifts to give you the best times to spend with your kid...? It's tough and you have my sympathies.
Does your son go to school or work?
Who minds him (is at home with him) ?
You need to get a job with fewer hours.
35 or 40 hours a week.
YOU NEED TO DO THIS WORK WHILE HE
IS AT SCHOOL/WORK.
You are facing a problem every parent has.
How to schedule work around your child's
needs.
It can be done.
Can someone care for your boy, after school
/work? (Grandparents? Relative? or another
friend of yours?)
Do you have a partner who can care for him?
If your son can wait at your house until you get
home. That is great.
Good Luck!
I can't because it's a warehouse n he wants me to work the 40 hours a week
