You need to decide what material and process you want to use. If you want to use pavers, you will need a sand base and that will be about three yards of sand, saving some to spread on top. Plain pavers run a little over a buck a square foot, so maybe about $300 for the materials. Go to the local brick store or Home Depot or whatever is in your area and they will advise you and even arrange labor contractors.
If you want poured concrete you hire a concrete man and he will tell you what the job costs.
