My fiancé has tree kids in Tennessee. She wants to get out of Tennessee as much if not more than I do. She’s admitted to not originally planning for any of her kids but she loves them whole heartedly and wouldn’t trade them for the world. They all have different dads and we have constant custody issues between them. She wants to move and said she would go with me but I feel tied in Tennessee because her kids are here.

Talk to an attorney. Each state is different laws. They seem be changing these laws allot. But there could be a chance if you legally got the kids to Colorado that you could get legal custody of them in Colorado. Don't without the approval of your attorney or the courts just take the kids to Colorado. That could turn into a legal issue of criminal actions instead of civil courts could be criminal courts. Find out all your legal options. From an child custody attorneys.

It’s more of a morality thing. I could leave with my fiancé to Colorado which means leaving her kids with her baby daddies or we stay and live In Tennessee until one day they grow up and we can bounce out of Tennessee for good
