Every recipe I have found contains a vegetable ingredient that I do not want in my version of the soup. Is there any service available that can help me to create the soup I want to make even if the original recipe contains the ingredient that I do not want in my soup? In addition, I might want to add a new vegetable or two to my version of the soup. How do I do that?
I want to make a special soup?

You omit the ingredient you don't want and then add the one you want. You don't have to follow any recipe at all.
I use an old family recipe which we call "pot o' beans". One pound dry beans, one half pound meat cut up, one onion cut up, salt and water to cover. With ten kinds of beans and five kinds of meat you can have fifty different soups from one recipe.
