I know it's legal for me to move out at 16 but I'm hearing that because I'm 16 and I'm moving in with my 18 yr old gf that she can get charged for helping me is this true

She shouldn't be worried, but you being 18 on the other hand... You should be more concerned about why you're relying on a 16 year old. If you need her help you probably should get yourself financially stable and learn to take care of yourself.
