i want to learn to draw comics but i am not getting any institute in DELHI INDIA that teaches it. Please suggest me some good institutes that teach them .
After learning fine art will i be able to draw caricatures and comics?
and what is animation art. Will it help me in drawing quality comics?

Im actually writing my own one but im not getting any teaching. I just get a 'How to draw manga' book from some artshops that might sell it or from online. Then i make my characters with full bio, like what their hair colour is, eye colour, likes and dislikes, family and so forth, have a storyline ready, then you may want to write it out like in script or novel format, so you know what you have to do, then draw what you wrote. I'm up to drawing it now. Well sorry if this isnt the answer you wanted, but i hope it helps and good luck.
