I want to know WHO controls the whole country and I mean everything they do, parliament or govrrment

So im confused with this system as i live in a constitunial monarchy and i have no idea how this work so who actually controls the country and which one has the most power to do anything?

It's balanced among the different sections, they all have control over different things.  You could say the people have the most power, because the vote people in.

That is called politics and there may or may not be some person who is clearly in command. In any case it is always a contest and somebody else might win the contest tomorrow.
