If i connect an antena in the positive input of an op-amp(where the feedback network is connected) of a wien bridge oscillator and a speaker in the output, then is it receive any radio signal if i set a particular frequency in the feedback network.??

I never heard of a wien bridge running above 100 khz or so. You can hook an antenna to an audio amp and get some interesting sounds. They are called radio whistlers, and they are generated on the opposite side of the earth from where you are. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whistler_%28radio%29
