I sleep 7-8 hours everyday, saturdays and sundays a little longer.
I do as many stretches for my spine and legs before I sleep and after I wake up. I add some pushups as well.
For breakfast I eat 3 egg omlet with beef jerky and cheese inside the omlet. Two bananas and 2 glasses of fresh milk(My grandpa has a farm so I drink that milk that comes from the barn). after 2 hours I eat an apple and a small fist of raisens.
For lunch I am in school so I eat a sandwich and after 1-2 hours of eating I eat 2 granola bars.
For dinner I just drink 1-2 glasses of my grandpap's milk from the barn. Because I usually like to go to sleep hungry so I can lose weight as well (lost 13kg like this).
Both of my parents are 1.63-1.64m and as I calculated my full height is aprox. 1.79m, I would love it if I can grow 1.76-1.78 in a month. I grew maybe 0.5cm in 4-5 days.
Any other suggetstions?
