I'm 15 years old and only 5'2 and about 47kg. I can't help it anymore and I really want to get taller, as I hate seeing my friends grow to about 6'0 and i stay shorter as if i'm their kid. My dad is 5'9 and my mum is about 5'4-5'5, and i believe that i can grow taller due to my parents genetics, however it doesnt seem to make any difference as i havent nearly grown any taller in the past year. I eat all my vitamins and eat healthy and sleep for about 8 hours every night however i can see no difference. I train and exercise a lot and everyday, i do about 30 minutes jogging everyday, does this have anything to do with it? maybe too much training is stunting my growth? I also take a multi-vitamin pill everyday to help me be healthy and grow. My wrist is actually really small and skinny, does this have anything to do with it? last year i was 5'2 and i'm still 5'2 this year, just maybe slightly taller. Thanks a lot and i would be very happy with your help and guidance about what i should do to grow taller.

You can never force growing or growing tall for that matter. There are a lot of factors why you think that you are not getting any taller. But if genetics (as you said) could not be a factor, then I guess you just have to wait. You are only 15, there is so much room for you to grow tall. The best that you can do is to do stretching exercises the first thing in the morning then eat a balanced diet. Food and nutrition is a significant factor. You should be eating the right kind of food, not just any kind of food. And i think so far you are doing great since you get enough rest. Keep it up and be patient.
There are a lot of factors that affect your height. According to waysgrowtallerfaster.com genetics, the food you eat, and most of all your lifestyle compose your height. In your case, it seems you have done everything. Don't panic just yet, dear. Some people do when they reach 21. However, there are still people who have grown a few inches even after. I believe it has nothing to do with your small and skinny wrist actually. If you really badly need to grow, you can always visit your doctor. Personally, I have naturally. I increased my protein intake (chicken is a good source) so as it could boost your growth hormones.
If you are a male, you will continue growing until you're about 25. Girls generally stop growing after they start their periods but can continue growing until about 21 yrs of age. Your genetics suggest that you'll definitely grow taller than you currently are. Also, look at the height of the men in your mum's family. Often, male growth will follow the same pattern shown on the maternal side. To give you some idea however, of how much boys can grow between 15-25, my ex-husband was 5'6 at the end of his grade 12 year in June. That summer, he grew 6" so that by the beginning of September, he was 6'2, I'm not exaggerating at all. People from his high school didn't recognize him in only two months. To ensure your body is healthy for growth, eat properly; all food groups every day and drink your milk because bones need calcium to develop properly. Exercise won't stunt your growth unless you're a gymnast who started training very hard from the age of 3 yrs and up.
Most importantly, get a proper amount of sleep-at least 6 hrs/day because the majority of growth occurs during sleep. Finally, don't stress: you'll grow.
