I have always hated sport, as I found it humiliating when I couldn't catch the ball like everyone else in P.E. (I don't have the best eyesight), so I used to avoid anything to do with sporty people. I also don't like being competitive, so I stay away from the non-ball related sports. This used to be fine (I'm 17) but I'm worried about getting fat (I'm 5 ft 6, weigh 9 stone 6, not great). Now I'm not really a girl anymore, eating what I like and doing no sports will not keep me thin, and I'll be obese. I'm also doing the gold duke of edinburgh expedition, 4 days 3 nights, and although I did the preliminary expedition fine, I was at the back of the group. I want to be thinner, and do this by being fitter, if you get my gist, no diets, just exercise. What to do? I get embarrassed easily..
I want to get fit, and be thinner------ how?

i have a job where i need to keep fit and be strong, what i did just to stay in shape was just google different workouts to target different body parts and i found these videos that are really easy and it spends 10 min on each body part its call like 10minute toning but they have many different videos depending on what you're looking for. once i got use to it i just started doing in on my own every morning now i just do like 200 sit ups and about 40 lunges every morning. the 200 sit ups are brooken up into 3 sets of 8 and its different kinds to target different sections of your core but it only takes like 10/15 min and its great for just keeping in fit.
