I have always hated sport, as I found it humiliating when I couldn't catch the ball like everyone else in P.E. (I don't have the best eyesight), so I used to avoid anything to do with sporty people. I also don't like being competitive, so I stay away from the non-ball related sports. This used to be fine (I'm 17) but I'm worried about getting fat (I'm 5 ft 6, weigh 9 stone 6, not great). Now I'm not really a girl anymore, eating what I like and doing no sports will not keep me thin, and I'll be obese. I'm also doing the gold duke of edinburgh expedition, 4 days 3 nights, and although I did the preliminary expedition fine, I was at the back of the group. I want to be thinner, and do this by being fitter, if you get my gist, no diets, just exercise. What to do? I get embarrassed easily..
