I want to earn my parents' trust back and get another phone after I slammed mine to the floor. HELP!

If you were my kid I would NEVER trust you again. Suck it up and buy your phone with your own money. TIP: you can get a phone at the grocery store for fifteen bux. Of course, it's only a phone and a camera, not a hand held computer. But I bet you will learn to take care of your stuff.
