I've been a sufferer myself for years and just been wrongly discharged. I need help myself but also want to give it and help break the stigma and make people more aware. All suggestions welcome. Thanks!

You would do best by taking care of yourself and completing your
therapy. Currently, when you have your own issues you are not in a position to advise others. Expending your efforts to overcome your own issues is advised. That is how you help others, by being a role model showing how you stop spending years having problems and succeed to have a problem free life. You know how to make the changes that improve your situation. Then you can speak of your success.
I really want to raise awareness to support it too 'break the stigma' as they only seen me once a week- not a day to day basis.
Try gaining a support and get others who have been in similar situations as you. More people means more understanding and more support. If you are unable to get help, than get someone or some others who have gotten help, and each of you can speak for the same cause. This will still be effective as the best people to explain something to others have experienced what you want to change and are relatable to others as well. Good luck and I hope you can get any help and support you need.
Thank you :) how am I meant to do this though when I have been discharged from services so am not getting the help I need?
