You should <i>probably</i> get used to talking to her more often and make more conversations BEFORE you ask her out. You have to make subtle, and I mean SUBTLE, hints that you like her. If she initiates the contact first, great. Just talk to her. Eventually, she'll start divulging information to you, like her schedule or events in her life, and that's what you'll have to listen to. After that point, asking her out should be somewhat natural. I have this friend who asked a girl out out of the blue, and she said no to him, but she was nice about it.
