Data Entry, Sales and Customer Service are your best chances for a entry level Work-from-home job. If you have some experience, there are online jobs for graphic designers, Writers and Authors, Computer Software Engineers and, Financial Handlers and Tax Preparers.
You can also find jobs for registered nurses and medical transcriptionists. Home-based physicians and radiologists. Many of these positions require an education and experience, but an online job is possible.
Personally I'd rather have a position that requires me to be on my feet and moving around, the last job I want is to be sitting at desk for 8 hours.
As a stay-at-home mom, I think Data Entry, Sales and Customer Service would be best. They can often be part-time and they offer training.
Craigslist has plenty of Sales and Customer Service employers, just be careful for scams. Other sites include Monster.com and Indeed.com
