I want a change. What should I do?

I own two homes. I live in one. I was thinking about moving to the smaller home and selling this one.  My son and my wife live with me.  I am 72 my son is 52.  My wife is the same age as me.  I charge my son no rent.

if there was room in the other house for all of you it might be a good idea what about going back and fourth til the house sells or you can take the procceds from the one that sells and get another one rent the other one out
