If I left her then she would be mega sad for a long time and also everyone at school would hate me and not talk to me but being with her is making me depressed and I don't know what to do

You have to do what is best for you. What is better? Ask yourself..
Yes its gonna suck, she will be sad but she will live and she will get over it. If people hate you cause of it, they are dumb, who cares its not their business anyway. Just be strong and polite. :) You will be ok, best of luck
