I'm FTM and trying to become more comfortable and confident with what I look like, but my long hair is a constant nuisance. I want to cut it to more typical haircut for boys-- but my hair is too impossibly thick, frizzy, and curly. If anyone else has had this problem, please tell me what to do so I can do it as well. Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to read this: I appreciate it!!

I have around 3b/3c hair and when I was little it used to be out of control, now I do a deep conditioning about every month ( find a brand you like best), wash it every day, or every other day. (When conditioner is in your hair brush it with a fine comb, then rinse) and when I get out of the shower I run a sculpting gel through it. This will certainly help with frizz, Idk what hair cut you'd like, but if you just get a trim and do those thing it will grow very nice and less frizzy. But curly hair is versatile so go as short as you'd like. Oh, and try not to straighten it as much, when you do, make sure you use a strong heat protecting product, dead ends cause frizz. Kinda got off track, but I hope this help a bit at least
thank you so much! I appreciate it.
