I restarted my laptop and it took all night just to get to 64% so I thought if I turned it off and back on it would stop restarting and go back to normal but instead it kind of froze it stays at 64% for about a month now and nothing happens. I tried pressing control alt and delete but nothing happened and I tried turning it off and on but it stays on 64%. Pleaseeeee help me
