I turn on my computer. it shows the BSOD and then computer restarts. Then it shows BSOD again. Help?

Last week i had an issue with my Hp EliteBook 8530p laptop screen not turning on. The computer turn off and then on again,cap lock and wifi lights flashing about 12 times and then stop. I could hear the fans spinning but the screen wont display anything.I try shutdown the notebook, remove the AC Adapter and remove the battery.hold down the Power Button on the notebook for a full minute. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter and that did not work for me after several attempts.
