You need to follow these 3 steps very carefully.
1. Form a strict diet plan (eating something healthy yet small (portion) every 4 hours. (grapes apples etc should do).
2. Use slim fast products to curb your hunger if your too strong on your binges. (but discontinue slim fast usage after 2 weeks or so).
3. Excercise regularly, try Leslie Sansone's workouts from youtube.
