I want to know how to find out who the administrator is, and why can't I used the email I want and can that person see my messages etc ? Is there a way to not have an administrator ? It's not the first time this happens because I friend to do some other stuff on FB and it sometimes says the same thing

sometimes its a error on the administrators desktop it would be the person thats in charge of the web site its self and it could be a couple of different indivduals that are in charge of that specific areas of facebook there shouldn't be any issue with your email address unless you might not have used it for awhile but it doesn't sound like thats the case so if you think about it it could have been something that was agianst the rules that some body may have wrote i think just try and keep contacting them or use another email mabe to open a fresh account
