So i took it for about 5 weeks and a little and then stopped abruptly cold turkey it's been today being my third night and the following evening after i had stopped I began noticing spasms on my body (belly/stomach) and shoulders and a twitching not on my little finger, left hand and some sort of tremors. Could it be tardive dyskinesia or not? My psychiatrist said no but I've read it's a slow onset and I'm truly afraid and panicked after i noticed the other day my finger twitching and also the tremors and sometimes spasms on my left side of the face/chick as well but they come and go come and go come and go. Please could it be tardive dyskenesia or i simply panicked because actually I am in a state of anxiety after I noticed the one finger which happened after i discontinued cold turkey withdrew.
So i mean could this anxiety and panic exacerbate and induced the other spasms?
I took seroquel as a sleep aid 25-50 mg for about 5 weeks. And then stopped cold turkey?

And one last thing i wasn't noticing any while on it the spasms and the twitching finger all started honest to god they did the following day that i had gotten off seroquel cold turkey they started 24 hours later and i noticed them had it been better if I would have taken seroquel that night/1 night following or after the discontinuation?
Thank you very much!!
Well they put you on it for a reason you should always reduce a medication a little at a time this would be better then going cold turkey I would go back on it let the dr know what you did and why this might be the way to go but if that happened while you were off it you might want to restart it keeping in mind any new symptoms.
I'm not schizophrenic btw I'm just saying it was merely given or prescribed for insomnia and again thank you.
Well I didn't think you were its just for sleep
I think if I have already developed tardives there's no point in going back at 25 or 25 and a half miligrams again, just for sleep. I mean it might be to no avail right? Like all i can do now is waiting for my withdrawals symptoms to subside, if ever shall.
I see your point I would see your dr thou
Thank you again for your help. So i did get twitching even today and i mostly get twitching btw on my left shoulder, spine/back and also sometimes legs. And even today they came and go, came and go. They are like noticeable by me but not by my friends for example and also on finger occasionally but it's not like chronic or consistent. Maybe it's trembling and anxiety but I'm not 100 percent sure cuz even my eyebrow would do it sometimes and it's quick. And also a weird sensation on my nose both itching and also tickling. I am afraid myself but when i saw my psychiatrical doctor coz i requested an appointment with her she said and didn't she do any physical examination nor check up btw and just said no way it's that, and I've treated a vast/great number of patients with more dangerous and hazardous such as haldol/haloperidol and at very high doses and they wouldn't get it was basically what she told .And it's unlikely possible for me to have it. And my mom was there as well btw. And when i returned home the twitching persisted and btw she advised me to take more Rivotril/Clonazepam than usual man. I take 1 mg in the morning and 1 at bed time, daily. So tonight i took about 1.5 mg cuz she told me you can raise or increase the dosage by 0,5 miligrams if you want to and that that will help you surpassing this moment and even for anxiety as well. I also started vitamin B6 and E in the morning, bought it as i read that they may sometimes prevent this disorder.
Until now i am not having any problems eating, chewing, bite or anything of that nature. And my tongue appears/seems okay as well. It doesn't move nor does my mouth, you know. The twitching thing persist tho' anyone would get some type of twitching as i know and assume. Hopefully i am doing the right thing with the vitamins E and B6 and that I also raised my clonazepams dosage man. As for my neck, it does not hurt at all i dunno.
I just pray that i am doing the right things.
You might want to do some research see if there are more things b vitamins are good for the nervous system
I restarted on 12,5 today. I discussed with the doctor as well as a possible alternative. And i am just letting you know. 12.5 for 10 days and 6.25 for another 8-9 days so to make possible a gradual taper. In the mornings the vitamins as i told you and also the benzodiazepine.
That sounds like a good idea
The psychiatrist said you don't have it but I'm skeptical please should i restart it on very low dosages again for a week and taper it down slowly and gradually what would i do should I start it tonight on 25 man?
